Fairly clean property with excellent staff while at end of shift. Nicely updated and fashionable room with a coffeemaker, a lounge, and a safe. A really nice restaurant and a main bar available.

The location was a highlight! Only a short walk to everything fun in downtown. The breakfast was decent, yet the crowds made it a bit chaotic. nice place but needs some updates. 😊

Families Beware, It's Ok but Not Great

The staff were friendly, especially the bartender lady who was running around serving drinks with a smile even though there was a ridiculously long line. And that breakfast omelet station? Sure took a while in line, but man, it was worth the wait but make sure you go early.

The service was fantastic, including polite staff and a nice bar. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient.

The room was spacious and featured a separate living area with a sofa bed. Amenities include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The breakfast had a variety of options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries. The location was perfect, close to main attractions. The friendly staff made us feel welcome.

The hotel was fairly clean and top-notch, liked the comfy beds. We got room with comfortable decor and a large bathroom to relax. Fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, fresh bread and cheese were amazing and complemented the made to order breakfast.

We were touched one rainy day and consulted a receptionist if it was a good plan B to go to the aquarium, and he very cordially and attentively gave us a plan, indicated the route, wrote down what bus to take, everything and saying that we made an excellent plan B for a rainy day, very pleasant and helpful in everything that helped us!

breakfast service was chaotic, line was too long to order an omelette, there were no trays with hot food in a dedicated area which made everything very difficult. In addition, there was not enough space to sit down, in other hotels when this happens they leave trays so that one can take a breakfast to the room or to external sectors like patios of the place. It also happened that we arrived at the hotel 5 minutes after the snack time and they picked us up, saying that the hour had passed, they gave us a couple of nachos that were left and truth is that it seemed to me that they could have been more gentle, giving us another snack since we arrived late since we were in the other hotel of the same name.

The room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bedroom that helped keep the kids contained during snack time. Plus, the kitchenette area was perfect for our leftovers from local restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with our picky eaters, offering plenty of hot and cold options. The location was excellent, great to explore downtown Chicago easily and the heated indoor pool was a nice bonus, even though we didn't get to swim this time.

Cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom area.
